The new Pillar album For The Love Of The Game is officially finished.
Pillar bassist Kalel writes, "Our producer Travis Wyrick is joining up with renowned mixer David Leonard (Prince) to mix the final tracks this week.
We are very excited for you to hear these new tunes. The first single should drop in later October and the album
releases February 26, 2008. Check out the new video blog Rob just posted after finishing up the last song-
youtube.com/pillartv. The photo shoot for the new album just went down this last Thursday and Friday in Nashville, TN.
Check our journal on pillarmusic.com for candid pics from the shoot. We decided to do lots of studio shots this time
around since most of our previous photo shoots were out doors. Big heads up- I think we are bringing back an updated
version of THE Pillar logo from Fireproof and Where Do We Go From Here.
You all hollered at us enough for changing it up so we are bringing it back. We scored a ton of new threads at the
shoot. I hate shopping so shoots are great to grab nice clothes that we wouldn't buy on our own- too lazy... Peace."
